Call Ctrl installs Click-to-dial addins for the following applications:

  • Outlook 2008
  • Internet Explorer

Call Ctrl allows users to make calls directly from the applications they use. A call can be initiated by hitting the designated HotKey or using the AddIn (for Outlook and IE). Call Ctrl can dial any text that can be selected. The general rule is that if you can Copy & Paste the text, Call Ctrl can dial it.

Call Ctrl – Phone Number Management and Click to Dial

Allows users to initiate call from previously dialed calls or from customizable call lists, such as a Directory or Speed Dial.

  • Redial – All dialed calls are recorded when dialed from Call Ctrl.
  • Speed Dial – Users can customize a Speed Dial list from within Call Ctrl.
  • Directory - Allows users and administrators to use customized directory listings. Configurations are done using text based XML files which are easily editable by users. Files can be stored anywhere the user’s computer has access to, such as a network drive where all users can use the same directory file and share a common list.
  • LVS Directory - Call Ctrl downloads corporate directory for all phones subscribed to LVS system.
