Call Ctrl Overview
Call Ctrl Call Manager works with the Cisco Small Business Voice System, formerly Linksys LVS (Linksys Voice System). Call Ctrl works by both controlling and managing the SPA Series IP Phones from a Windows computer.
Call Ctrl Call Manager helps users utilize thier phones features from their Windows desktop which multiplies the phones features. Gone are the days of fumbling through the combersome phone buttons and little screens. Phone numbers are easier to manage and search by pulling the differant sources into one common interface. Users can dial a call from essentially any application on thier computer. Making a call from any application are as easy as hitting a HotKey. Outlook and Internet Explorer have AddIn support to make making calls even easier. Finding a previously dialed call from last year? No Problem!
