Overview

Call Ctrl has many SPA Phone management features built into the call manager. The following list provides and overview of these features.

Instruction

To access management features from with the Call Ctrl main menu, select Tools/Manage and the specific feature:

Manage SPA Phone from Call Ctrl

Launches the web administration page from within Call Ctrl for full management capabilities.

Restart SPA Phone from Call Ctrl

Restarts the phone from within Call Ctrl.

View SPA Phone XML Configuration from Call Ctrl

Displays the phone configuration for reviewing or saving.

Manage SPA 9000 from Call Ctrl

Launches the web administration page from within Call Ctrl for full management capabilities.

Restart SPA 9000 from Call Ctrl

Restarts the SPA 9000 from within Call Ctrl.

View SPA 9000 XML Configuration from Call Ctrl

Displays the phone configuration for reviewing or saving.
