Installing the Call Ctrl Outlook 2007 Add-In


  1. Run the CallCtrlOutlook2007AddInSetup.msi and follow the on screen instructions.
  2. After the installation has completed launch Outlook 2007.
  3. When Outlook 2007 starts there may be a security dialog displayed depending on your Outlook security settings. If the following is displayed, answer Install to the “Are you sure you want to install this customization?” on the Microsoft Office Customization Installer dialog”. 
     
  4. Ensure Call Ctrl is running.
  5. Within Outlook navigate to your Contacts folder.
  6. Open an existing Outlook Contact.
  7. The following Call Ctrl container will exist within the Outlook Ribbon menu: 
     
  8. To dial the phone number select click the drop down list and make the selection of the desired Contact’s phone number.
