Overview

When a license is installed and the Call Ctrl is configured to use a specific phone to which it was licensed. If while this license is installed and Call Ctrl is configured to use a differant phone the following error message will displayed to the user.

The number of installations allowed for this license key has been exceeded.

Background

If the following error message is displayed, there was an attempt to install a license which has been authenticated and associated with another phone.

Resolution

Either configure Call Ctrl to use this phone or install a different license.
